In 2025, there is no reason why software in the financial space should not have a similar look and feel of web and mobile apps that people are used to using every day. In an industry that is often considered mundane and archaic, how do we evoke feelings of trust, comfort, and confidence as well as delight, joy, and excitement? How do we tell a compelling story through design?

Financial tools aren't just interfaces—they're experiences that should resonate with the human beings using them. This has been my mission for the past 7 years, to learn and get better at delivering results to the people that I design for.

The beauty of design is that it evolves as your learnings and perspectives change. There is never a finished product so I believe in taking risks and am empowered to put product and features out into the world to see what sticks and what doesn't. Design is never finished, it's a perpetual conversation.
